Do not try to re-enroll if you forgot your password. To reset your password, you have two options: 1) Start the login process by entering your User ID and clicking Log In. Click the link on the password entry screen to immediately reset your password; or 2) Call 888-806-3805 for immediate assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Passwords cannot be reset via email or the contact us form.
