New statements, notices, or tax forms are available online
Transfer transactions fail
These security alerts can also be set up to be delivered via text message.
You can also set up customized text and/or email alerts to help monitor:
Account balances and activity
Debit/ATM card transactions and status
E-bills and bill payment activity
Funds transferred to or from your account(s)
There is no charge for alerts; however standard mobile carrier charges and fees may apply to any alerts sent by text message.
How to get started choosing and customizing the alerts you receive: To set up alerts, sign in to your Online Banking account then select “Manage Alerts” under the Customer Service menu. There you can see all alert options that are available for your account(s) and add or make changes to the alerts you receive and how they are delivered.
