You tell us who, when, and how much to pay. Payments are then issued electronically or via paper checks, depending on the payee's capabilities. Once you’ve set your payees up in Online Banking, you can pay bills on the go too using the Park Bank mobile app.
Set up automatic payments, and it gets even easier.
You can also choose to receive e-bills for any payee offering electronic billing.
What are e-bills? E-bills are free electronic versions of your paper bills that you receive directly in bill pay. When you set up e-bills in Online Banking, you will receive a copy of your statement online and can then select to either autopay or manually pay the full amount of the e-bill, a minimum payment option or any amount that you decide. You can also set up alerts to be notified when an e-bill is received and/or receive a reminder for when a bill is due.
How to get started with e-bills: First, you register with your biller's website. Then, sign in to your Online Banking account and select “Pay bills” under the Pay and Transfer menu. Make sure the biller you want to set up an e-bill for is added as a payee. If the payee offers electronic billing, underneath it you will see a link to “set up: e-bill” – select that and enter your user ID and password. We'll then go to your biller's website and retrieve your bill for you each month. That way you can come to one place and see all your bills.
