For enhanced safety and security of your account, ATM and debit card transactions are monitored for potentially fraudulent activity, which may include:

  • An unusual geographical change, such as when a United States-issued card is unexpectedly used overseas
  • A string of costly foreign or domestic purchases
  • Unusual ecommerce transactions
  • Any pattern associated with various foreign or domestic fraud trends

If we suspect fraudulent ATM or debit use, you will receive an automated phone call to validate the legitimacy of the transaction. Your participation in responding to our call is critical to prevent potential risk and avoid restrictions that may be placed on the use of your card.

Here is what you can expect when we are attempting to validate a suspicious transaction:

  • An automated call will ask you to verify recent transaction activity on your card
  • You will be able to respond via your touchtone keypad
  • You will be provided a toll-free number to call should you have additional questions

As a benefit of choosing a Park Bank debit card, our goal is to minimize the impact of any fraud. To ensure we can continue to reach you whenever potential fraud is detected, please keep us informed of your correct phone number and address. We highly suggest that cardholders opt to use their cell phone number as their main phone contact. This is not only helpful in normal, day-to-day situations, but can prove especially important when you are traveling.

Park Bank's routing number is 075000666. This can also be found on your checks printed in the lower left corner.
