Cheryl Sorgi brings over 25 years experience to her leadership role in Human Resources at Park Bank where she works to align talent strategies with the strategic goals of the bank. Cheryl has extensive expertise in organizational development and design and talent development.
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Certified Coach. She continues her skill development through professional affiliations, certifications (Emotional Intelligence, Meyers-Briggs Type Inventory, 360 assessment), blog subscriptions, books, webinars, podcasts – Cheryl is always looking to learn something new!
Cheryl volunteers her time as a professional development coach and for many years, led the community involvement committee for Park Bank promoting and supporting the bank’s spirit of giving.

It’s all hands on deck with the opportunity to try new things and contribute to areas outside of your job description. This is just one the ways we are all able to make an impact at Park Bank.
